| Multiple Streams of Income |
| Most people rely on their job for all of their financial income. Big mistake. There will always be the chance of layoffs or bankruptcy. Management can change, and companies can downsize. The stress of the unknown can be unbearable. |

| Do You Have That Something Extra? |
| Going The Extra Mile means the willingness to do something extra on your own free will without being asked. This principle has brought me many successes in many different ways and I am glad to share it with you. The principle of going the extra mile propelled me from a low-grade primary school student in 1976 to a First-Class Honor graduate in Electrical & Electronics Engineering in 1995. This transformation happened after I figured out that I must do something extra in order to outperform my peers. What I did then was simple: I put in extra hours of study and made an effort to read additional books to supplement those already studied in school. If a normal guy like me could achieve academic excellence by going the extra mile, I am sure anyone who practices this principle can achieve great results too. |

| How to Get the Job You Want |
| The service you perform in your daily work is a commodity and you must try to market it to the best advantage. Notice, please, that I did not say "at the highest possible price." In reality, receiving is the same thing as giving, because giving and receiving are different aspects of the flow of energy. And if you stop the flow of either, you interfere with nature’s intelligence. |

| Denied Credit? |
| I receive many letters from people who have been denied credit and want to know what is the next step. Credit card companies, banks, mortgage lenders, credit unions, and many others buy information about you through credit bureaus. They use a procedure called "scoring" when deciding whether to approve or deny credit. |
