| Want Success? Put the Mogul Mindset on Your Side |
| Through my practice of law in the fields of asset protection, tax reduction, and estate planning, one of the most common characteristics that I've observed among my wealthier clients is that they rarely pour all of their entrepreneurial energy into just one type of business. While I've worked with clients from nearly every profession, trade, or business, one thing that I've found nearly universal in my most successful clients is that they seek out new opportunities for growth by diversifying their assets in high-yielding business endeavors. |

| My Top Ten Rules of Success |
| If you've heard me speak, you may have noticed I emphasize several things repeatedly - never give up is one, being passionate is another, keeping focused is up there, and keeping your momentum runs a close fourth. I've learned those things from experience. |
| WILLING COOPERATION PRODUCES ENDURING POWER, WHILE FORCED COOPERATION ENDS IN FAILURE. |
| No civilization based upon the unjust treatment of its people has ever endured. A tyrant may force the cooperation of others for a time, but that power is never sustained. |
| Experience vs. Education |
| I talk a lot about education because I think a good college education can really take you far in life. At the same time, however, some people are incredibly book smart but are clueless when they deal with the real world. Others are street smart but can't handle... |
| COOPERATION MUST START AT THE HEAD OF A DEPARTMENT IF IT IS EXPECTED AT THE OTHER END. THE SAME IS TRUE FOR EFFICIENCY. |
| In most large organizations, the amount of time and energy that is squandered in interdepartmental rivalry is enormous. |
| Fail to Plan, Plan to Fail |
| THIS ONE IS BIG!!!! Fail to plan, plan to fail. It is as simple as that. |
| Time: Your Most Valuable Commodity |
| Regardless of our company, product, or services, what we are really selling is our time when we are in free enterprise. Most people don't have a true concept of money, and they don't realize that time is money, and so almost everyone gives their time away. |
| Creating Opportunity |
| An enterprising person is one who comes across a pile of scrap metal and sees the making of a wonderful sculpture. An enterprising person is one who drives through an old decrepit part of town and sees a new housing development. An enterprising person is one who sees opportunity in all areas of life. |

| Success is Easy, But So is Neglect! |
| People often ask me how I became successful in that six-year period of time while many of the people I knew did not. The answer is simple: The things I found to be easy to do, they found to be easy not to do. I found it easy to set the goals that could change my life. They found it easy not to. I found it easy to read the books that could affect my thinking and my ideas. They found that easy not to. I found it easy to attend the classes and the seminars, and to get around other successful people. They said it probably really wouldn't matter. If I had to sum it up, I would say what I found to be easy to do, they found to be easy not to do. Six years later, I'm a millionaire and they are all still blaming the economy, the government, and company policies, yet they neglected to do the basic, easy things. |

| The Most Quoted Book on Success of All Time... |
Just this past week we got back from a GREAT family vacation at the beach. An incredibly successful business associate and long time friend offered for my family and me to stay at his private beach house in Florida. We go every single year to the Destin area, but had never experienced the privacy and proximity to the beach that this house had.
